With regard to the framework of the Charter dott.Miliazzo forward the proposal to a structure that reflects the constitutional model. It is therefore proposed to structure the paper in the following parts:

Preamble

-basics

-rights and duties of students

-disposizioni finali

Per quanto riguarda la parte introduttiva si propone di inserire prima dell’art.1 un preambolo. Nella parte successiva si propone di inserire all’interno della sezione “Diritti e doveri degli studenti” l’esplicazione riguardante il rapporto studente-professore.

Si avanza la proposta di introdurre il “principio della trasparenza” nell’ambito dei “principi fondamentali”.

In merito alla il terza sezione (“disposizioni finali”) expressed the need to include a monitoring body on the drafting of the Charter Guarantee.

We proceed with the third item on the agenda.

As a subtitle for "rights and duties of students you want to introduce the Erasmus project. As riguarda la didattica si propongono i seguenti punti:

-servizi e qualità della didattica

-diritto alla mobilità

Data la vastità della sezione “diritti e doveri dello studente” ( si fa notare come un eventuale eccessivo sovraccarico attribuito alla sezione “diritti e doveri”potrebbe portare ad una sottovalutazione dell’incisività della carta), viene proposto di suddividerla in parti assestanti distribuite in scale valoriali, tra le quali devono essere comprese le relazioni con i docenti e with other universities.

Michele Mancini made a proposal to ask students from other faculties time that the principles should reflect the student Lumsa.

The approval of the Charter must therefore be represented by non-binding opinions of the representatives of other faculties.
