PARENTS GROUP MEETING 10/27/2010
On 27/10/2010 at 17:15 took to school the first meeting of the Parent Group this year.

Palmieri and James), so as to structure and facilitate various activities, but each of the three schools will have the autonomy and manage their liquidity independently.
In this regard, the Treasurer Beatrice Fioralisi communicates the availability of 4700 € in the booklet that came with the Group other than 300 in cash plus € 300/400 from the revenues of the photos and filming done at the end of last year.
It reiterates, especially newcomers to the attention of parents, that these money ALWAYS AND ONLY MADE AVAILABLE TO PROJECTS FOR SCHOOL : this year is expected to buy a PC for classes that request it (also because the effect of the cuts was to make difficult, due to the presence of only one teacher, the outputs in the computer lab) and to provide the school with a wi-fi network , especially in view of the research fourth and fifth children. Most parents said they agree to this type of investment, although in many claiming the importance of investing more cleaning in school premises, from bathrooms and gyms : Parents Association can help here, too, such as allocating a share of ATA staff that is devoted to the extra cleaning certain environments, and to this end, the teachers suggest that among parents of different floors and corridors will take stock of the needs would then turn to the leadership in a united and organized.

Nei giorni 14-15 novembre sono indette le votazioni per il rinnovo del Consiglio di Circolo, per le quali tutti i genitori sono invitati a esprimere le loro preferenze all’interno della lista genitori.
Che cos’è il Consiglio di Circolo?
Il Consiglio di Circolo è l’organo di indirizzo e di gestione degli aspetti economici e organizzativi generali della scuola. Vi sono rappresentate tutte le componenti: docenti, genitori e non-teaching staff. The CoC
resolution the annual plan (budget) and the final account, and thereafter the recommendations of the School Committee, decides on the use of funds for administrative and teaching, about the rules of the Club and defines the general guidelines of POF, etc..
But above all, the District Council Battisti (with the plexuses Cassoni, Palmieri and St. James) is actively engaged in improving the quality of the school and the relationships between the complexes and the territory.
On average the CoC will meet once a month from about 18 to 20 and minutes are public and posted in the halls of the schools.
We invite all parents to consider a candidate, and those who can not do strongly urge you to vote, as it is very important in the presence of CdC parents of our school. Further details on times and how to vote will be indicated by the management education.
